Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Please keep in mind the difference between Order Processing Times & Shipping Times.
Order Processing: This is the time it takes us to have an order ready to be shipped. Processing Time is counted Monday through Friday, not including US Federal holidays.
Shipping Time: The time it takes the responsible delivery service (USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL) to actually deliver your package(s). Shipping times displayed at checkout do not always accurately represent when you will receive your order. Orders typically reach their destinations within 4-7 business days, but this can always change, due to delivery service delays, weather, etc. Check your tracking number for the most accurate updates.
Oasis Books LLC has no control over shipping times. Once we hand a package over to the responsible delivery service, delivery is out of our hands.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is left with the responsible delivery service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Oasis Books now ships to Canada!
For our Canadian friends, I know it sucks, but you will be responsible for any import duties and/or taxes acquired with your order.
Oasis Books does not currently ship Internationally, except to Canada.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double check your delivery address BEFORE submitting your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If your order is delivered to an inaccurate address, Oasis Books LLC is unable to resend the order.
If your order is returned as undeliverable, Oasis Books LLC will reach out one time through the e-mail address listed on your order. An additional shipping fee will be invoiced and is required to be paid to resend the order to the correct address.
If there is no response to our email after 5 business days, your order will be cancelled.

IN-STOCK ITEMS
Orders containing only in-stock books and items have a 3 - 5 business day processing time.

APPAREL & TOTES
All apparel and tote bags from Oasis Books LLC is made to order, which means it is not made until an order is placed. These items have a 5 - 7 business day processing time.

PREORDERS
Orders that include a preorder book, or any other preorder items, will ship together once all items are available. That means your full order will ship when the item with the latest release date is available. Oasis Books LLC does not ship partial orders.
