ORDER PROCESSING is the time that it takes us to have your items ready to ship to you. Processing Time is counted Monday through Friday, not including US Federal holidays.

Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 3 PM EST

Saturday & Sunday: Orders are not Processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL ITEMS

All items have a 5 - 7 business day processing time. Orders are usually processed much quicker than this, but this gives us a little bit of leeway in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Business days are counted Monday - Friday, and do not include any US Federal Holidays.

BOOK PREORDERS

Book preorders typically run up until the release date of the book, unless the author/publisher has asked for it to end sooner.

Please note that there is no guarantee that books will arrive at your door by their release date. By purchasing a preorder, you are simply guaranteeing that you will receive a copy. While Oasis Books and the authors/publishers will work diligently to get you your books as soon as possible, all titles are ESTIMATED to ship 2 - 4 weeks AFTER release date.

 If you are also ordering any Ready to Ship or Made to Order items, or are ordering multiple preorders, PLEASE ORDER THOSE SEPARATELY. We do not ship partial orders, so if everything is ordered together, everything will ship when the last preorder book is ready to be shipped.
