The official stance of Oasis Books is that we do not use, nor do we support the use of generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI).
Here at Oasis Books, we support and uplift not only the authors, but the creators, designers, and other small business owners within the bookish space. We believe that books, art, illustration, and goods should be come from human brains (and hands)!
All copy and graphics posted by Oasis Books is created in house, either completely from scratch, or using elements acquired from designers that have been vetted and are known to create all of their own content.
Failure to disclose the use of AI generated content is grounds for removal of books and/or merchandise from the Oasis Books shelves. You may or may not be given notice.
Any promotional images that are AI generated will NOT be shared by the store's social media pages.
