Frequently Asked Questions
What genre(s) of books do you carry?
Oasis Books is a romance bookstore.
The majority of the books we carry are adult romances. These books typically contain content and themes not suitable for those under the age of 18.
While we do not carry any children's books, we do carry Young Adult/New Adult books, typically suited for older teenagers and up (15+).
You can check out all of the books that we are currently carrying here.
How can I get my book(s) on the shelves at Oasis Books?
Simply fill out the Author Interest Form linked below!
If by chance the form states that it is not accepting responses, it just means that I need to catch up on current inquiries! It will be back open soon!
Please keep in mind that Oasis Books is currently an online only bookstore, therefore space is limited in the number of books that we can carry. Please do not get discouraged if we do not reply immediately to your inquiry!
Does my book have to be traditionally published?
Absolutely not! We love indie authors!
What is the official stance of Oasis Books on Generative AI?
Oasis Books is staunchly against the use of Generative AI.

***IMPORTANT***
At the moment, the Author Interest Form is closed. There has been an overwhelming response since it was first posted, and I haven't been able to get through the thick of it yet. I am also currently limited on physical space to keep items, so I cannot stock everyone, and don't want anyone to feel ignored.
Please sign up for the Author's Nook Newsletter (above), as that is where I will post first when the form is reopened.
LOCAL AUTHORS
With plans to eventually branch out into a brick and mortar location, it would be great to have contact information for as many local romance authors as possible! Having your info on hand will make it so much easier reach out as opportunities arise.
Let’s team up and bring your stories to our community in meaningful ways! This form is your gateway to staying in the loop with exciting opportunities we have in the works—author pop-ups, conversation panels, collaborations, and more!
Please note, this is for romance authors only as that's what Oasis Books specializes in!
