I ate. this. book. up. Much like I did the rest of the Steele Brothers Series. There's just something about these men that has me in an absolute chokehold.
I mostly audiobook read this over the course of one day. The audiobook was narrated (in duet) by Aiden Snow and Charlotte North.
Penelope and Declan had me smiling and swooning for the entire book. Penelope is the sweet town librarian and Declan is the grumpy tattoo artist who loves to push her buttons. When they end up having to live together for a month, Penelope reveals a spicy secret to Declan, and enlists his help to keep her work authentic, which in turn leads to many swoony and spicy times between the two.
Brighton has become one of my must read authors, and if you haven't read any of her books, I definitely recommend that you do!
Also... the cliffhanger?? 👀👀
